I have the above mentioned Life policy with you for S$1,000,000.00. Within last 20 years the premium has been regularly paid up. Now, due to personal problems, I am unable to continue further payments. I therefore request you to convert my policy as paid USD. Please advise how much is the amount I am entitled to collect at the time of maturity. My policy documents are enclosed for your perusal for necessary action.
